These bootcamps are offered on Monday, Wednesday and Friday Morning in Manly Vale NSW from 6.30am- 7.15am. These sessions include HIIT training, strength and conditioning, boxing, and cardio but most importantly they are fun and include some great tunes to keep you on track.
