My name is Lana and I have been working as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor since 2012.
I decided to change careers into the fitness industry after 15 years in a corporate office job, because what gave me joy was going to the gym or doing something active to balance the stress of my job. So I swapped my high heels for sneakers and have never been happier.
I am a mother of two boys and understand the juggle that prioritising health, whilst raising children, and working can be. Overtime it has become my mission to educate and demonstrate how being healthy and active, without sacrificing time with family and friends can be everyones reality.
I help stressed out mums to glow from inside out without sacrificing time with their family and friends- or I’ll work with you until you do.
I understand that changing fitness habits is difficult. My goal is to change your view on healthy living, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. I believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
